What is the TOG rating and how do I choose the right one?
A TOG (Thermal Overall Grade) rating measures the warmth of our sleepwear. You should choose a TOG based on the temperature of your child's nursery: 0.2 or 0.5 TOG for summer, 1.0 TOG for mild weather, and 2.5 or 3.5 TOG for cold winter nights.
Are your products made from natural fibers?
Yes, all ergoPouch products are made from certified organic cotton and bamboo. These natural fibers are breathable, skin-friendly, and help regulate body temperature to prevent overheating during sleep.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while express shipping arrives within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
How should I wash my ergoPouch products?
To maintain the quality of the organic fibers, we recommend a gentle cold machine wash with a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low heat or line dry in the shade to prevent shrinkage.
