At ergoPouch, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a 30-day return policy for unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all products are in their original condition with tags attached and securely place them back in their original ergoPouch packaging.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
